Der Humane LOX1(Lectin Like Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor 1) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Messung von LOX1 in der Forschung.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes LOX1 ist. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes LOX1 ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die humanes LOX1, den Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem LOX1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
