Das Human IGF2R (Insulin Like Growth Factor 2 Receptor) Mikrosample ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von IGF2R.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist ein Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes IGF2R ist. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes IGF2R ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen, die humanes IGF2R, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem IGF2R in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
