Das Human EPHA1 (Ephrin Typ A Rezeptor 1) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von EPHA1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes EPHA1 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes EPHA1 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die humanes EPHA1, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem EPHA1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
