Der Human KLK8 (Kallikrein 8) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA Kit von ELK Biotechnology für die Forschungsmessung von KLK8.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit humanem KLK8 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, anschließend wird ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes KLK8 ist, hinzugefügt. Danach wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung wird die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem KLK8 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
