Das Kaninchen-IL2(Interleukin 2)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung der IL2-Messung.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Kaninchen-IL2 ist. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Kaninchen-IL2 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Kaninchen-IL2, den biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Kaninchen-IL2 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
