Der ELISA-Kit für menschliches bCTx (Beta-Crosslaps) ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Messung von bCTx in der Forschung.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit menschlichem bCTx vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, anschließend wird ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für menschliches bCTx ist, hinzugefügt. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von menschlichem bCTx in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
