Das Humane CXCR3 (Chemokin-C-X-C-Motiv-Rezeptor 3) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von CXCR3.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes CXCR3 ist. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem biotinylierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes CXCR3 ist. Als Nächstes wird an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiertes Avidin zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die humanes CXCR3, biotinylierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem CXCR3 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
