Der T3 (Triiodthyronin) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von T3.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Inhibitions-Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit T3 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, danach wird ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für T3 ist, hinzugefügt. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von T3 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
