Das Maus-ALB (Albumin) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Messung von ALB in der Forschung.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Maus-ALB vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen zugegeben, gefolgt von einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-ALB ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-ALB in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
