Das Maus VEGFA(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor A) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von VEGFA.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus VEGFA ist. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus VEGFA ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Maus VEGFA, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, einen Farbwechsel. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus VEGFA in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
