Das Humane IL20 (Interleukin 20) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsbestimmung von IL20.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem spezifischen Antikörper gegen humanes IL20 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes IL20 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes IL20, einen biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung gestoppt, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem IL20 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
