Product description

Der Humane MCSF (Kolonie-stimulierender Faktor 1, Makrophagen) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsquantifizierung von MCSF.

Testprinzip

Research target context

CSF1colony stimulating factor 1

View target guide

CSF1 identifies colony stimulating factor 1 in Homo sapiens (Human). This target record connects NCBI Gene 1435, UniProtKB P09603 and related ABMIUM catalogue products.

Biological function: CSF1 is a cytokine that supports the survival, proliferation and differentiation of mononuclear phagocyte precursors and mature macrophage-lineage cells. It also contributes to innate immune and inflammatory signalling and to osteoclast development and bone remodelling.
