Das Maus-IL5 (Interleukin 5) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsquantifizierung von IL5.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist ein Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus-IL5 ist. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-IL5 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die Maus-IL5, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, einen Farbwechsel. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-IL5 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
