Das Maus-IL4(Interleukin 4)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsmessung von IL4.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem für Maus-IL4 spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der für Maus-IL4 spezifisch ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die Maus-IL4, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-IL4 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
