Das Rinder-LPA(Lysophosphatidsäure)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsmessung von LPA.
Dieser Test verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik mit kompetitiver Hemmung. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Rinder-LPA vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Rinder-LPA ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Rinder-LPA in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
