Der Humane VB1 (Vitamin B1) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsmessung von VB1.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Humanem VB1 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, danach ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für Humanes VB1 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird die TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe einer Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Humanem VB1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
