Der Human GCP2(Granulozyten Chemotaktisches Protein 2) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsquantifizierung von GCP2.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem spezifischen Antikörper gegen Human GCP2 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Human GCP2 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die Human GCP2, den Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Human GCP2 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
