Das Pig AP17 (Apelin 17) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungs-Messung von AP17.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit Schweine-AP17 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Schweine-AP17 ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Schweine-AP17 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
