Humaner GC(Glucagon) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Messung von GC in der Forschung.
Dieser Test verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit humanem GC vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes GC ist. Anschließend wird mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiertes Avidin zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem GC in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
