Das Maus-VEGFR1 (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 1) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsquantifizierung von VEGFR1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Maus-VEGFR1-spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der für Maus-VEGFR1 spezifisch ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die Maus-VEGFR1, den Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe einer Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-VEGFR1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
