Das Maus-KLK1(Kallikrein 1) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsanalyse von KLK1.
Dieser Test verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Maus-KLK1 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-KLK1 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Danach wird die TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung gestoppt und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-KLK1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
