Das Maus F7 (Gerinnungsfaktor VII) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsuntersuchung von F7.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus F7 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus F7 ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Maus F7, den Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe einer Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus F7 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
