Das Maus KRT10 (Keratin 10) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von KRT10.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus KRT10 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, danach ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus KRT10 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Maus KRT10, den Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus KRT10 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
