Das Humane MRPS12(28S ribosomales Protein S12, mitochondrial) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Messung von MRPS12 in der Forschung.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Humanem MRPS12 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Humanes MRPS12 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird die TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe einer Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Humanem MRPS12 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
