Das Human GOLGA2 (Golgin Subfamily A Member 2) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsmessung von GOLGA2.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem spezifischen Antikörper gegen humanes GOLGA2 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes GOLGA2 ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes GOLGA2, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbveränderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbveränderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem GOLGA2 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
