Das Maus-AGTR1(Angiotensin II Rezeptor 1)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsmessung von AGTR1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem spezifischen Antikörper gegen Maus-AGTR1 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-AGTR1 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die Maus-AGTR1, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-AGTR1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
