Doramectin is a macrolide antiparasitic drug, which can inhibit the transmission of nerve impulses between nerves and muscles, paralyze the parasites and cause the death of the host. It is used to treat parasitic diseases such as nematodes and mites in livestock. It has good deworming effect, but has potential neurotoxicity and strong fat solubility.
