Dic(Diclazuril) ELISA Kit is supplied by Elabscience as an ELISA kit for quantitative analysis. Supplier-listed sample types: Duck, chicken, pork, eggs.

Diclazuril is a triazine benzene acetonitrile compound. It is a new, high-efficiency, low-toxicity anti-coccidial drug. It has a control effect on a variety of coccidia, and is used to prevent coccidiosis in chickens, ducks, quails, turkeys, geese and rabbits. Long-term use is prone to drug resistance, in order to ensure that humans have healthy foods and avoid contaminated foods.

Test principle

This kit uses Competitive-ELISA as the method for the quantitative detection. It can detect Diclazuril (Dic) in samples, such as muscle, eggs, etc. This kit is composed of ELISA Microtiter plate, HRP conjugate, antibody working solution, standard and other supplementary reagents. The microtiter plate inthis kit has been pre-coated with coupled antigen. During the reaction, Dic in the samples or standard competes with coupled antigen on the solid phase supporter for sites of anti-Dic antibody. Then Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate isadded to each microtiter plate well, and substrate reagent is added for color development. There is a negative correlation between the OD value of samples and the concentration of Dic. The concentration of Dic in the samples can be calculated by comparing the OD of the samples tothe standard curve.
