Das EasyStep Human IGFBP3(Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 3) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsquantifizierung von EasyStep Human IGFBP3.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem für humanes IGFBP3 spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet, und die humanen IGFBP3-Standardplattenvertiefungen, die mittels proteinbezogener Techniken vorbeschichtet wurden, werden separat bereitgestellt. Standard-/Probenverdünnungspuffer oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann wird ein HRP-konjugierter Antikörper, der für humanes IGFBP3 spezifisch ist, hinzugefügt. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die humanes IGFBP3 und den HRP-konjugierten Antikörper enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem IGFBP3 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
