Das Kaninchen IL23A(Interleukin 23 Untereinheit Alpha) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Messung von IL23A in der Forschung.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Kaninchen IL23A ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, danach ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für Kaninchen IL23A ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Kaninchen IL23A, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Kaninchen IL23A in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
