Das Maus-Glu(Glutaminsäure)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsanalyse von Glu.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit Maus-Glu vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, dann eine biotin-konjugierte Antikörper-Spezies für Maus-Glu. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-Glu in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
