Das Maus-CTN(Kreatinin)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsbestimmung von CTN.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit Maus-CTN vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-CTN ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Danach wird die TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-CTN in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
