Das Human FATP1 (Fatty Acid Transport Protein 1) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Forschungsmessung von FATP1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes FATP1 ist. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte hinzugefügt, dann ein biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes FATP1 ist. Als Nächstes wird mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiertes Avidin zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen, die humanes FATP1, den biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe einer Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem FATP1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
