Das Human ANXA13 (Annexin A13) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungs-Messung von ANXA13.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem für humanes ANXA13 spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes ANXA13 ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes ANXA13, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem ANXA13 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
