Das Human CALHM6(Protein FAM26F) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von CALHM6.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem spezifischen Antikörper gegen humanes CALHM6 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, danach ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes CALHM6 ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die humanes CALHM6, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem CALHM6 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
