Das EasyStep Humane FSH (Follikelstimulierendes Hormon) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Messung von EasyStep Humanem FSH in der Forschung.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem für humanes FSH spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet, und die Humanes-FSH-Standardplattenvertiefungen, die mittels proteinbezogener Techniken vorbeschichtet wurden, werden separat bereitgestellt. Standard-/Probenverdünnungspuffer oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann wird ein HRP-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes FSH ist, hinzugefügt. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes FSH und den HRP-konjugierten Antikörper enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem FSH in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
