Das Rat ITGa2B(Integrin Alpha 2B) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Forschungsbestimmung von ITGa2B.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Ratten-ITGa2B ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Ratten-ITGa2B ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die Ratten-ITGa2B, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Ratten-ITGa2B in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
