Das Maus-NTS(Neurotensin)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Forschungsmessung von NTS.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Maus-NTS vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-NTS ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Danach wird die TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-NTS in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
