Activity

Gemessen an der Fähigkeit des immobilisierten Proteins, die Adhäsion von PMA-stimulierten HSB2-Zellen der akuten lymphoblastischen Leukämie des menschlichen peripheren Blutes zu unterstützen. Wenn 5 x 104 Zellen/Vertiefung zu mit rmICAM1 beschichteten Platten (12,5 μg/ml mit 100 μl/Vertiefung) gegeben werden, haften nach 1 Stunde Inkubation bei 37℃ > 30 % der Zellen an.
