1. Immobilisiertes humanes IL2Rb bei 10 μg/ml (100 μl/Well) kann biotinyliertes humanes IL2 binden, der EC50 von biotinyliertem humanem IL2 beträgt 0,1-0,24 μg/ml. 2. Gemessen an seiner Fähigkeit, die IL15-abhängige Proliferation von humanen megakaryozytischen Leukämiezellen MO7e in Gegenwart von 4,0 ng/ml rekombinantem humanem IL-15 zu hemmen. Der ED50 für diesen Effekt beträgt 1-4 μg/ml.
