Mouse IL-23R ELISA Kit EZ-Set™ (DIY Antibody Pairs) is a research-use antibody from Boster Bio for studying Interleukin-23 receptor in ELISA workflows with listed reactivity for Mouse. Specifications and supporting documents below should be reviewed when planning the experiment.
Mouse IL-23R ELISA Kit EZ-Set™ (DIY Antibody Pairs) (antibody pairs and standards for assay development). Quantitate Mouse Il23r in cell culture supernatants, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA).Interleukin-23 subunit alpha is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IL23A gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the receptor for IL23A/IL23. This protein pairs with the receptor molecule IL12RB1/IL12Rbeta1, and both are required for IL23A signaling. This protein associates constitutively with Janus kinase 2 (JAK2), and also binds to transcription activator STAT3 in a ligand-dependent manner.
