Product Description

Mouse CD69 ELISA Kit EZ-Set™ (DIY Antibody Pairs) (antibody pairs and standards for assay development). Quantitate Mouse Cd69 in cell culture supernatants, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA, citrate).

CD69 (Cluster of Differentiation 69) is a human transmembrane C-Type lectin protein encoded by the CD69 gene. This gene is mapped to 12p13.31. This gene encodes a member of the calcium dependent lectin superfamily of type II transmembrane receptors. Expression of the encoded protein is induced upon activation of T lymphocytes, and may play a role in proliferation. Furthermore, the protein may act to transmit signals in natural killer cells and platelets.
