Product Description

Mouse beta IG-H3/TGFBI ELISA Kit PicoKine® is a research-use ELISA kit from Boster Bio for measuring Transforming growth factor-beta-induced protein ig-h3 in Cell culture supernatant, Cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). samples from Mouse. Use the listed assay range, sample guidance and protocol documents to assess suitability for the intended study.

Mouse beta IG-H3/TGFBI ELISA Kit PicoKine® (96 Tests). Quantitate Mouse Tgfbi in cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Sensitivity: 5pg/ml. The brand Picokine indicates this is a premium quality ELISA kit. Each Picokine kit delivers precise quantification, high sensitivity, and excellent reproducibility. Only our most reliable and effective kits qualify as Picokine, guaranteeing top-tier results for your assays.

Transforming growth factor, beta-induced, 68kDa, also known as TGFBI (initially called BIGH3, BIG-H3), is a protein which in humans is encoded by the TGFBI gene. It is mapped to 5q31.1. This gene encodes an RGD-containing protein that binds to type I, II and IV collagens. The RGD motif is found in many extracellular matrix proteins modulating cell adhesion and serves as a ligand recognition sequence for several integrins. This protein plays a role in cell-collagen interactions and may be involved in endochondrial bone formation in cartilage. The protein is induced by transforming growth factor-beta and acts to inhibit cell adhesion.
