Human GLB1 ELISA Kit PicoKine® Boster Bio

Product Description

Human GLB1 ELISA Kit PicoKine® is a research-use ELISA kit from Boster Bio for measuring Beta-galactosidase in Cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA) samples from Human. Use the listed assay range, sample guidance and protocol documents to assess suitability for the intended study.

Human GLB1 Kit PicoKine® (96 Tests). Quantitate Human GLB1 in cell culture supernatants, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Sensitivity: 10 pg/ml. The brand Picokine indicates this is a premium quality ELISA kit. Each Picokine kit delivers precise quantification, high sensitivity, and excellent reproducibility. Only our most reliable and effective kits qualify as Picokine, guaranteeing top-tier results for your assays.

Galactosidase, beta 1, also known as GLB1, is a protein which in humans is encoded by the GLB1 gene. This gene encodes a member of the glycosyl hydrolase 35 family of proteins. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, at least one of which encodes a preproprotein that is proteolytically processed to generate the mature lysosomal enzyme. This enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of a terminal beta-linked galactose residue from ganglioside substrates and other glycoconjugates. Mutations in this gene may result in GM1-gangliosidosis and Morquio B syndrome.
