Product Description

Human ALK-1/ACVRL1 ELISA Kit PicoKine® is a research-use ELISA kit from Boster Bio for measuring Activin receptor type-1-like in Cell culture supernatant, Cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). samples from Human. Use the listed assay range, sample guidance and protocol documents to assess suitability for the intended study.

Human ALK-1/ACVRL1 ELISA Kit PicoKine® (96 Tests). Quantitate Human ACVRL1 in cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Sensitivity: 15pg/ml. The brand Picokine indicates this is a premium quality ELISA kit. Each Picokine kit delivers precise quantification, high sensitivity, and excellent reproducibility. Only our most reliable and effective kits qualify as Picokine, guaranteeing top-tier results for your assays.

Serine/threonine-protein kinase receptor R3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the ACVRL1 gene. It is also known as activin receptor-like kinase 1, or ALK1. This gene encodes a type I cell-surface receptor for the TGF-beta superfamily of ligands. It shares with other type I receptors a high degree of similarity in serine-threonine kinase subdomains, a glycine- and serine-rich region (called the GS domain) preceding the kinase domain, and a short C-terminal tail. The encoded protein shares similar domain structures with other closely related ALK or activin receptor-like kinase proteins that form a subfamily of receptor serine/threonine kinases. Mutations in this gene are associated with hemorrhagic telangiectasia type 2, also known as Rendu-Osler-Weber syndrome 2.
