RB1 Deletion FISH Probe Reagent
RB1 Deletion FISH Probe Reagent from Wuhan HealthCare Biotechnology Read more ›

Product Description
RB1 encodes the retinoblastoma tumour suppressor, a key regulator of cell-cycle progression, and is studied in deletion and copy number research across several cancer models.
The deletion design supports research assessment of locus loss or reduced target signal number, allowing comparison of target-region signals with internal or chromosomal reference patterns where applicable.
FISH probes are applied to fixed cells or prepared tissue sections where genomic targets remain spatially preserved, making them useful for molecular cytogenetics research, tumour biology studies and verification of structural or numerical chromosomal changes.
This product is supplied as a 100µL/10 Tests RUO probe reagent from Wuhan HealthCare Biotechnology. DAPI included It should be stored sealed, protected from light and handled using appropriate FISH sample preparation conditions.
