RARA orange probe FISH Probe Reagent
RARA orange probe FISH Probe Reagent from Wuhan HealthCare Biotechnology Read more ›

Product Description
RARA encodes retinoic acid receptor alpha and is a recurrent cytogenetic target in acute promyelocytic leukaemia research when rearranged with partner loci such as PML.
The targeted FISH design supports visualisation of the listed genomic region using fluorescent probe hybridisation and microscopy-based signal assessment.
FISH probes are applied to fixed cells or prepared tissue sections where genomic targets remain spatially preserved, making them useful for molecular cytogenetics research, tumour biology studies and verification of structural or numerical chromosomal changes.
This product is supplied as a 100µL/10 Tests RUO probe reagent from Wuhan HealthCare Biotechnology. DAPI included It should be stored sealed, protected from light and handled using appropriate FISH sample preparation conditions.
