Product Description
PDGFB encodes platelet-derived growth factor beta and is studied in fusion and rearrangement research involving growth factor signalling.
The break-apart design is used to investigate rearrangements involving PDGFB, where separation of differently labelled probe signals can indicate disruption of the target locus in prepared research specimens.
FISH probes are applied to fixed cells or prepared tissue sections where genomic targets remain spatially preserved, making them useful for molecular cytogenetics research, tumour biology studies and verification of structural or numerical chromosomal changes.
