HMGA2 is the listed probe target for this RUO fluorescence in situ hybridisation reagent and is relevant to molecular cytogenetics, oncology or haematology research depending on the target locus.
The break-apart design is used to investigate rearrangements involving HMGA2, where separation of differently labelled probe signals can indicate disruption of the target locus in prepared research specimens.
