Product Description

E2A is the listed probe target for this RUO fluorescence in situ hybridisation reagent and is relevant to molecular cytogenetics, oncology or haematology research depending on the target locus.

The break-apart design is used to investigate rearrangements involving E2A, where separation of differently labelled probe signals can indicate disruption of the target locus in prepared research specimens.

FISH probes are applied to fixed cells or prepared tissue sections where genomic targets remain spatially preserved, making them useful for molecular cytogenetics research, tumour biology studies and verification of structural or numerical chromosomal changes.

This product is supplied as a 100µL/10 Tests RUO probe reagent from Wuhan HealthCare Biotechnology. DAPI included It should be stored sealed, protected from light and handled using appropriate FISH sample preparation conditions.
